Everybody’s situation is unique. If you desire a personalized plan catered to you, this is it! I start out by learning a bit more about you – what are your specific goals, what equipment do you have available to you, what injuries or physical limitations do you have and more. After I receive your information, we’ll schedule a time to meet virtually and begin your workouts. You will have all of the benefits of a personal trainer in the comfort of your home.

What can I expect the first session?

This is when we get to dive in to the exercises. By the first session, I will have an exercise plan custom to you. My goal is to make our time as laid back and comfortable as possible regardless of what level you are at. We’ll go through all of the exercises together so that I can give you tips and pointers along the way and answer any questions you may have.

After this initial meeting it’s up to you how often you want to meet. We can either meet throughout the week or at a minimum every month for a check in.

One Time Fitness Plan

After getting to know you and your situation, I will design a workout plan exclusively for you to help you achieve your goals. Whether you will be working out with limited equipment at home or in a gym or your goal is to trim down or gain muscle, I will design an effective workout for you. We will meet virtually for one session where I will demonstrate all the exercises for you, answer any questions and make sure you feel confident to tackle the workout on your own.

Once a month

I will design a workout plan specifically for you and your goals. I will cater it to the equipment you have available to you and the time you have to dedicate to working out. Once a month we will check in virtually and I will re-evaluate your progress to update your workout and help you achieve your fitness goals. Each time we meet, I will go over the exercises with you to make sure that you feel confident to get the most out of your workouts in a safe and effective way.

Weekly

A unique fitness plan will be designed to fit your goals. Each week, we will meet virtually to go over the workout together reassessing weights and repetitions and making adjustments to the exercises to get the very most out of your workouts. You will get all of the support and explanation that you would working out with a trainer in a gym but in the comfort of your own home.
