Fitness and health can mean a lot of different things. Over the last 10 years I have been on a journey to achieve health but I have found, as so many others, that focusing on just one aspect ends up achieving the opposite result. I have discovered that health is only truly achieved by addressing body, mind and soul. To me, that is health. My goal is to encourage you as you strive for fitness, not just physically but in all MATTERS OF FITNESS.

Scripture has a lot to say about how we are treat our bodies. God designed us to learn many soul lessons through our physical bodies. This has greatly impacted my own overall health and allowed me to view my body in a totally different way.
